Warranty The warranty period for products from , is listed in the products description .Should your product become defective during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or, if repairation is not possible, be replaced by a new identical product. If an identical product is no longer available, the defective product will be replaced with a new product of the same value.
Excluded from the warranty: - the battery - the glass - the strap / silicone case - damage caused by: water / moisture, negligence and misuse - normal wear and tear If you need to claim for warranty, we ask you to apply for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. You can apply for a RMA number below. If the problem cannot be solved via email correspondence then you can send the product back to us.

Returns If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought and you want to return the product, then that is possible as long as:
- the product is returned within 100 days - the product in returned still in new, undamaged and unused condition - the product is returned in the original packaging - the product is personalized with a print or engraving
If you wish to return a product, we ask you to first apply for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Any cost to send to the customer's account.

RMA-request All warranty claims and returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. You must obtain this number before returning a product. Returns without RMA can not be processed and will be returned at the shipper's expense.
