The warranty period for our shoes is half a year. If you have an issue with your shoes within the first half a year, please send us an email explaining the issue you have and attach a clear photo of the product . Damage caused by normal/daily use of the product, or improper maintenance of the product will not be covered by the warranty.
If you need to claim for warranty, we ask you to apply for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. You can apply for a RMA number below. |
