1. Why do you make tume for nurses ?

NurseOClock was founded by a nurse. Therefore we think that nurses need a little extra attention. We try and give that to you through our reasonable prices and great variety of products. With the products from our shop we hope to give nurses a bit of a helping hand and think our watches do more than just keep you on time ;)

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

WOnce your payment is received the order will be prepared and sent.Orders made and paid for ​​before 17.00 will be shipped that same day. If a product has a longer delivery time than it will be stated in the product description.

3. What about the warranty and / or returning my order?
Warranty

On all our products we have 12 months NurseOClock warranty. This means that a product that is under warranty will be repaired or replaced with a new one free of charge to the best of our abilities. Some products have an extended warranty. This is clearly stated in the product description. In the warranty and returns you will find more information about the NurseOClock warranty.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product we find it very annoying! Vanzel saying you can return the product.

4. I would like to order but I am having dificulty. What should I do?

There are several reasons why it is sometimes difficult to place an order. Our website works best with the latest version of Internet Explorer or FireFox. Please also read the information in the ordering process here. If you continue to suffer from difficulties please contact and we will process the order for you.

5. When I checkout and try to confirm my order I get a message that my email address already exists.

It may be that your email address is already known in our system as you have made previous orders. If you receive this message, please log into your customer account with your email address and then confirm your order. If you do not remember your password you can request a new password immediately.

6. I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

When you make an order with us at NurseOClock you will receive emails from us as follows:

Ordering:  You will receive a confirmation email of the order you just made. If you have chosen to pay by bank, the transfer details will also be provided in the confirmation email.

Payment: Once your payment has been received by us, you will receive an receipt invoice (PDF).as payment confirmation.

Shipping: When we have prepared and shipped your order you will receive a shipping confirmation. This email will contain the delivery information.

If you have not received confirmation email, then you might have filled in your email address incorrectly or our confirmation email has been blocked by spam filters. Please check you spam-inbox.

7. Do you have a gift wrapping service?

Yes, if your order is a gift for someone please leave us a note in the comments field. We will gift wrap it and send it FREE OF CHARGE!

8. I have a coupon / promotion code / gift certificate. How does that work?

All coupon / promotion code / gift certificate can be used once you are at the checkout. Once you have filled in the coupon / promotion / gift certificate code it will be automatically

9. Should I wear a nurses fob watch at work?

We recommend you wear a fob watch instead of a wristwatch for hygenic reasons. With good hand hygiene we can prevent hospital infections. Read more here.

10. How is a nurses watch different than a normal watch?

A nurse watch is not worn on the wrist. Nurses fob watches are attached to clothing by a brooch or clip. The clock is also upside down so you can read the time while you are wearing it.

11. Oh oh ... I'm not a nurse. Can I still shop with NurseOClock?

Of course you can shop with us! We have many types of watches and fun products and great ideas for original gifts for nurses. Everyone is welcome!

Are nurses watches only suitable for the medical world?
A nurses fob watch keeps your hands free. Perfect for nurses and those in the healt professions as they are also important for hygenic reasons.But NurseOClock also sells watches to people from other professions that  find a fob watch useful.Think of production workers in factories, restaurant staff, hairdressers and professional cleaners.

12. My colleagues and I would like to order products together. Ehh .. can I get a discount?

Yes, from 10 pieces we offer discounts!

13. Is it easy to swap the coloured silicone cases?

It is very easy to swap the silicone case of your watch. Within 30 seconds you can change the color of your watch!

14. How does the pulsecounter on the dial work?

When the second hand is on the 6 or 12,  count 15 heart beats. Where the second hand is on the pulsecounter that is the pulserate .

15. What size shoes / clogs should I order?

Determining the right shoe or clog size is quite difficult. Choosing the right size depends on many  factors such as the height of your instep and the width of your foot.
There are also your personal preferences ..... you might find it more comforting to have a little more space. Please check the products size chart and choose wisely ...... We find almost always our shoes and clogs are exchanged for a bigger size ;-)

16. I cannot log in with my details. What should I do now?

If you cannot log in with your details it may be that you are not on the correct website. If you have made an account with a webshop from a particular country (eg if you have ordered in the shop NurseOClock.co.uk you can not login with the same details on the NurseOClock.com shop). Each NurseOClock webshop has it's own database. Please note the products are virtually identical in every shop. So if you are having difficulty signing in check which country the website is set to. If you want to order in a webshop with, for example a different languageor for delivery details you must make a new account with that counteries website.
